What is your hourly rate?
We don’t charge by the hour. Every property has different cleaning requirements, so we provide tailored quotes based on the size, condition, and needs of your space. This way, you only pay for the result, not the clock.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our clients give us a key so we can clean while they’re out. All our team members are DBS checked, and we follow strict procedures for securely handling keys. You’re welcome to be home if you prefer, but most clients find it easier to let us take care of things while they get on with their day.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my clean?
Life happens, we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
What if there’s a problem with my clean?
If you’re not completely happy, please let us know within 24 hours of our team leaving your property. We’ll return promptly to put things right, completely free of charge. Our priority is making sure you’re 100% satisfied with the end result.
